Choose between a boozy or not Christmas cake to make your festive time extra special. Brandy, cherry brandy, or orange juice will be used to soak the dried fruits for 2 weeks, prior to the cake being made. Once baked, your cake will be fed with your chosen beverage each week up until decoration (if chosen) and collection.
