Have you completed relevant food safety and hygiene training courses?

Yes, I've completed Level 2 Food hygiene and safety as well as food allergy and awareness training. I am fully pledged in ensuring my products are made in the best environment, and with the best knowledge and training.

Do you show ingredients for your bakes, including any allergens?

Yes, the website has an ingredients and allergen page which lists all my current bakes, along with full ingredients lists. Additionally, allergen stickers will be placed on all packaging. However, if you have any specific questions regarding any of the bakes, these can be asked verbally in person, via my email trace@brookakery.co.uk, or by messaging me on my Instagram, Brookakery.

Will you deliver my order, or can I collect in person?

This question depends on where you're located! Of course, if you are local to me in lovely Norfolk, UK, you are more than welcome to collect or we can meet at a mutually agreed location.

Delivery, again if local, can be discussed however an additional fee may be incurred.

I do hope to offer postal delivery for UK addresses. At present, the cost for this service cannot be advised as this would be dependent on the size of your order. Please contact me and I would happily to discuss this with you further.

Do you only bake what there is on your website or Instagram?

Not at all! I've got so many photographs of the bakes I have made and don't feel it is fair to share all of them! If there are particular flavours, or items that you don't see please do contact me. I would be happy to discuss bespoke orders and willing to try new things that I may not have yet done.

How do I pay for my order?

If purchasing from the Shop page on my website, you will be directed to checkout immediately. However if you have a bespoke request, please contact me by using the contact page, via email. Once we have discussed and finalised all details, I will send you an invoice with payment needing to be made in full via bank transfer within 5 days of the invoice date.

How soon will I receive my order?

It is with every aim and possibility that orders can be fulfilled within one week, however there are times when this is not possible. I will endeavour to work with you, and be fully transparent, advising when your order will be ready. Of course, booking ahead for any special occasions is always advisable. I always have my diary/calendar on hand!

Do you ever sell your bakes at events, such as markets or school fayres?

Yes, I am happy to attend any events willing to have me! I attend two local markets each week, school fayres, and other local events. Keep an eye on my socials for more information, where I will be and when.
