Welcome to Brookakery!

My family and friends lovingly call me ‘a feeder‘ so I guess it was no surprise really that I'm now exploring my love of home baked food. My Dad always loved my baking. After a short period of ill health, we lost him in May 2025. One of the last things he told me was ‘to make this bakery thing work’. I am determined to keep driving forward and hoping I make him proud. Miss you Pops.

I love to bake most things but the sweet options tend to be my fave! I like big portions, good flavours, classic bakes, brownies, cookies, and tend to bring something new to my markets each week!
